The NAD+ price index, 2026

73 comparable figures from 46 of 106 sellers. Read September 2026.

What does a month of NAD+ cost, and where does any one seller sit against the rest? This page answers the first half of that question and refuses the second half of the obvious follow-up: it can say where a figure sits today, and it cannot say what it was, because every price in this index was read on a single day.

What can be compared, and what cannot

106 sellers publish 376 NAD+ figures between them. Only some of those figures are the same KIND of number. 46 sellers publish a standing rate charged on a calendar month — 73 such figures in all — and those are the only ones on the figure below. The other 60 publish a “from” price with no stated top, a first-month price that ends, a lump sum for a term, a one-off purchase, or a number that could not be resolved at all.

That distinction is the whole methodology. Sorting 376 figures by amount would put a lower bound beside a monthly charge beside a six-month total and print the result as a comparison, which is why this site has no such column and names no cheapest seller. What it has instead is a narrow comparable set, stated out loud, with everyone outside it listed and linked rather than quietly dropped.

Inside that set, 19 of the 46 sellers publish more than one standing monthly rate. Those sellers are drawn and read out as a range from their lowest figure to their highest, never as one number chosen for them.

NAD+ standing monthly rates, 46 sellers, read September 2026

Every figure below is a standing rate the seller charges on a calendar month, read from that seller’s own page on September 2026. The rule down the middle of the Position column is the median of all 73 of them, $169 a month; a mark left of the rule is below it and a mark right of it is above. They are ordered by the figure itself, lowest first — that is the order and it is the only thing the order is. It is not a ranking of value, and this site names no cheapest seller: 53 of the 73 rates below state no dose anywhere on the page that carries them, so a smaller number is not a smaller price for a given amount of anything.

What this figure is. The median is computed from the 73 standing monthly rates published by 46 of the 106 sellers in this index — figures the seller charges every calendar month, visible on the page a reader lands on, with duplicates of the same offer removed. The other 60 sellers publish no such figure and are not on this figure at all: a “from” price, a first-month price, a prepay lump sum and a one-off purchase are not monthly rates, and plotting them against a monthly median would compare a lower bound with a charge. They all have a review page of their own, which says what they publish instead. 19 of the 46 publish more than one standing rate; those rows are drawn and read out as a range from the lowest to the highest, because choosing one of a seller’s own figures on its behalf is not something this site does.

What this figure is not. It is one day. Every figure in this index was read on September 2026 and there is no second reading, so nothing here says a price rose, fell or held — not for any seller, and not for the market. A median of an even-numbered set is the average of the middle two figures, so $169 is a computed statistic and not a price any seller charges. And it is not a value comparison: 36 of the 46 sellers here state no dose on any of their standing rates, so two figures a month apart may buy very different amounts of NAD+. This site publishes no price per milligram.

One reading, and what that costs the reader

Every figure above carries September 2026, and that is not a formality: it is the same date on all 376 figures in this index, because this index has been read once. There is no earlier value for any of these sellers, so there is nothing here that can tell you whether $169 is high or low for this market by its own recent standards, whether any particular seller has moved, or whether a figure you were quoted last month still stands.

A price index that printed a trend it had not measured would be a better-looking page and a worse one. What is above is a snapshot: on one day, these 46 sellers published these 73 monthly rates, and here is where each one sat against the others.

The 60 sellers who are not on it

A seller absent from the figure above is not absent from this site. Each of the 60 has a review page recording every figure it does publish, in its own words, with the day each one was read and the page it was read from. The reviews hub groups all 106 by exactly this distinction — what kind of number the seller actually prints — so the sellers who publish no monthly rate are findable as a group rather than merely missing from a chart.

  • Every NAD+ seller, reviewed — all 106, grouped by what they publish.
  • The ranked boards — the same roster cut into segments and ordered by how completely each seller publishes its price, with the sellers that pay this site grouped first and labelled.
  • The price normalizer — put two figures on the same cadence yourself. It carries no paid links.
