Terms of use

1. Acceptance
By using nadprices.com (the “Services”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Description of service
The Services publish a price index: figures read from third-party sellers’ public pages, each recorded with the date it was read, together with written commentary. The Services do not sell, supply, dispense, prescribe or arrange any product or treatment, and are not a pharmacy, a telehealth practice or a broker.
3. Not medical advice
Nothing on the Services is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing here creates a clinician–patient relationship. The Services are published by writers without clinical credentials and carry no clinical review. Decisions about NAD+ or any other product belong with a licensed clinician who knows your history. 4. User conduct
You agree not to scrape, mirror or systematically copy the Services; not to interfere with their operation or security; not to misrepresent the figures published here, including by reproducing a figure without the reading date attached to it; and not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual property
The text, tables, structure and compiled price series on the Services are protected by copyright and are not licensed for redistribution. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners — see trademarks.
6. Affiliate links and advertising
Some outbound links to sellers are affiliate links: if you buy after following one, the Services may be paid a commission by that seller or its network, at no additional cost to you. Every such link is disclosed in text immediately beside the link itself, at every position it appears. Which sellers pay, how many do, and which do not, are stated on the disclosure page and computed from the underlying data rather than typed by hand. Payment does not buy a place in the index, a position in it, or a favourable description.
7. Third-party links and providers
The Services link to sellers operated by others. Those sellers set their own prices, terms, privacy practices and clinical processes, and may change them at any time without notice to us. A figure published here was true on the date printed beside it and may not be true now. Confirm any price and any term with the seller directly before you buy.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. No warranty is given that any figure is current, complete or free of error.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and their contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Services and their contributors from any claim, demand, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.
11. Termination
Access to the Services may be suspended or terminated at any time, for any reason, without notice. Sections 5 and 8 through 14 survive termination.
12. Changes
These Terms may be revised. The date at the top of this page states when the current version took effect. Continued use after a revision is acceptance of it.
13. Governing law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction thereof.
14. Miscellaneous
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and the Services on this subject. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may.
