1. Acceptance of terms

By using nadprices.com (the “Services”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. They apply every time you read a page here, whether you arrived from a search result, a link or an AI answer that quoted one of these tables.

The Services are written for adults making a purchasing decision in the United States. Nothing here asks your age or your location, and nothing here is capable of verifying either; if you are under 13, or the Services are unlawful where you are, do not use them. These Terms should be read together with the privacy policy, the medical disclaimer and the disclosure page, each of which is incorporated here.

2. Description of service

The Services publish a price index: figures read from third-party sellers’ public pages, each recorded with the date it was read, together with written commentary. The Services do not sell, supply, dispense, prescribe or arrange any product or treatment, and are not a pharmacy, a telehealth practice or a broker.

What the Services are. A reading of what sellers published, on the days they were read, with the qualifier that makes each figure mean something — a standing rate, a floor, a first-period price, a prepay total, a one-off. The ordering of a board, the rules of its membership and the method behind any score are described on the pages that carry them and on the editorial policy page.

What the Services are not. Not a quote, not an offer, not a price guarantee, and not an assurance that a seller will honor a figure published here. Not a recommendation of any seller. Not a regulator, a licensing body or an accreditation scheme, and nothing here is an official determination of anything. Not a complete list of every seller of NAD+ in the United States, and no absence from the index means anything about a company that is absent.

There are no user accounts, no log-ins, no subscriptions and no paid tier. Everything published is readable by anyone, free, with nothing to sign.

3. Not medical advice

Nothing on the Services is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing here creates a clinician–patient relationship. The Services publish prices and reading dates; they carry no clinical review. Decisions about NAD+ or any other product belong with a licensed clinician who knows your history. See the medical disclaimer, which sets this out at length and forms part of these Terms.

A price is not a statement about safety, quality, legality or effect. A lower figure is not a better product, and a seller appearing on a board is not a seller anyone here is telling you to buy from.

4. User conduct

You agree not to scrape, mirror or systematically copy the Services; not to interfere with their operation or security; not to misrepresent the figures published here, including by reproducing a figure without the reading date attached to it; and not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

You also agree not to use any automated means to place load on the Services beyond ordinary reading; not to probe, scan or test their security; not to strip, obscure or alter any disclosure, attribution or reading date; not to frame a page here so that it appears to be someone else’s; and not to represent yourself as connected with the Services when you are not.

There is nothing here to post to. The Services host no comments, no reviews from readers, no uploads and no user submissions of any kind, so no rule about user content is needed and none is given. If you send an email, you are responsible for what is in it, and you should not send anything confidential or anything about your own health.

5. Intellectual property

The text, tables, structure and compiled price series on the Services are protected by copyright and are not licensed for redistribution. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners — see trademarks.

Individual prices are facts, and facts are not owned by anyone. The selection, arrangement, qualification and dating of them is the work that is. You may quote a short passage or a single row with attribution to nadprices.com and a link to the page it came from, provided the reading date travels with the figure; that condition is not decoration, because a figure without its date is a different claim from the one published here. Republishing a table, a board or a substantial part of the index, building a derived dataset from it, or using it to train a model, is not permitted without written consent.

6. Affiliate links and advertising

Some outbound links to sellers are affiliate links: if you buy after following such a link, the Services may be paid a commission by that seller or its network. This adds nothing to what you pay. Every such link is disclosed in text immediately beside the link itself, at every position it appears. Paid relationships are labeled beside the provider or link. The disclosure page explains the arrangement. Payment does not determine whether a seller qualifies for inclusion or buy a favorable description. It does affect placement, as described below.

The Services carry labeled affiliate provider placements and may show an alternative provider before an outbound visit. We run no display-ad or programmatic-ad network, sponsored posts, guest posts or paid link insertions in editorial text. The commission arrangement described on the advertise page is the only commercial arrangement available, and its terms are fixed and published.

The one thing payment does affect is stated rather than hidden: on a board, sellers that pay are listed first, as a labeled block, and every board says so above itself. A score, a figure, a qualifier and a reading date are not affected, and a build check recomputes every board and every score with the payment flag switched on for every seller to prove it.

7. Third-party links and providers

The Services link to sellers operated by others. Those sellers set their own prices, terms, privacy practices and clinical processes, and may change them at any time without notice to us. A figure published here was true on the date printed beside it and may not be true now. Confirm any price and any term with the seller directly before you buy.

The Services are not an agent, a representative or a partner of any seller, and nothing here is a seller’s own statement. If you buy from one, your contract is with them alone. We cannot cancel a subscription, obtain a refund, release a shipment, change a charge or intervene in a dispute, and we take no responsibility for a seller’s goods, services, conduct or website. Outbound links, and the redirect they pass through, are provided for your convenience and are not an endorsement.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. No warranty is given that any figure is current, complete or free of error.

No warranty is given that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely or secure, that defects will be corrected, or that any seller named here is licensed, solvent, available in your state or able to sell you anything. Prices are read by hand from public pages and a reading can be wrong; that is why every figure carries a date and why the corrections page exists. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties to be excluded, and in those places this section applies only so far as the law permits.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and their contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

That limit applies whatever the theory of the claim, whether contract, tort, statute or anything else, and applies even if we were told such damages were possible. It covers, without limiting the rest, anything arising from a figure that was wrong or out of date, from a decision to buy or not to buy, from a seller’s acts or omissions, or from the Services being unavailable. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, and some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so parts of it may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Services and their contributors from any claim, demand, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

That includes a claim arising from your republication or misrepresentation of anything published here, and from your violation of any law or of anyone else’s rights. We may take over the defense of any matter subject to this section, at our own expense, and you agree to cooperate if we do.

11. Termination

Access to the Services may be suspended or terminated at any time, for any reason, without notice. Sections 5 and 8 through 14 survive termination.

There is no account to close and no subscription to cancel, so ending your side of this is simply a matter of not using the Services. A page, a board or an entire section may be withdrawn, rewritten or retired at any time; nothing here is promised to stay at the address where you found it, though a retired route is redirected rather than broken where that is possible.

12. Changes to these terms

These Terms may be revised. The date at the top of this page states when the current version took effect. Continued use after a revision is acceptance of it.

That date comes from one constant shared by every legal page on this site, so the four of them cannot drift into saying different things about when they began. If a revision changes something material, it is made here in the same change that ships it rather than afterward. Checking this page before relying on anything is your responsibility.

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction thereof.

Before filing anything, please write to the address in section 15 and describe the problem. Most things that reach that mailbox are wrong figures, and a wrong figure is fixed on the page and logged in public on the corrections page, usually faster than anything else could be arranged. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arose, to the extent the law allows a period to be agreed, and must be brought individually rather than as part of a class or representative proceeding.

14. Miscellaneous

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and the Services on this subject. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may.

An unenforceable provision is to be read as narrowed to whatever would be enforceable and closest to what it says, before it is disregarded. Headings and section numbers are for reading and change nothing. The Services are operated from the United States and are not directed at anyone else; if you use them from elsewhere, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for local law. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, an agency or a joint venture between you and anyone here.
