Not price. 106 sellers publish 376 figures between them and those figures are standing rates, floors, first-period prices, prepay totals and one-off purchases side by side; 126 of 376 state the dose they buy, and 40 of the standing rates are billed on something that is not a calendar month. A column that sorted those by amount would compare a “from” figure against a monthly charge and print the result as a cheapest.
So the boards rank what can actually be compared across all of them: how completely a seller publishes its price. Five facts, each read off the seller’s own page, scored out of 100. Across the roster the scores run 6 to 100, median 72. It scores disclosure — not the product, the clinic, the prescriber or the value.

This is the shortest honest answer to “what does NAD+ cost a month”: the sellers that actually answer it. Every other figure in the index is a floor, a first-period rate, a prepay total or a one-off, and calling any of those a monthly price would be inventing a number the seller never printed.
