Nothing here is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and reading it creates no clinician–patient relationship. Do not use anything on this site to start, stop, change or delay a treatment. Talk to a licensed clinician who knows your history, your conditions and your other medications.

That applies to every page: the index, the boards, the seller reviews, the research articles, the price normalizer and anything an AI answer has quoted from them. All of it exists to describe a market. None of it diagnoses anything, recommends a treatment, or stands in for the judgment of a professional who can actually see you.

The mistake this page most wants to prevent

A cheaper figure is not a better product, and it is not a safer one. This site compares what companies charge and how clearly they say it. A seller can be completely open about its pricing, score well on that, and still be the wrong place for you to buy anything — wrong form, wrong route, wrong decision to be taking NAD+ at all.

Whether NAD+ is appropriate for you, in what form, at what dose, and whether it is worth paying for, are clinical questions no price table can answer. Take those to a clinician and use this site for the question it does answer: what a company charges, in what shape the number is quoted, and when it was last read.

Talk to a qualified professional

Ask your physician, nurse practitioner, physician assistant or pharmacist about any condition, medication, supplement, dose, interaction or side effect, and about any decision to start, stop, switch or change anything. Do not disregard advice you have been given, or put off getting it, because of something you read here.

This site publishes no list of symptoms that should send you to a doctor, and that absence is deliberate rather than an oversight: a list like that is clinical guidance, and nothing here is written or reviewed by anyone qualified to give it. Ask a clinician, or a pharmacist, or the seller’s own prescriber if there is one.

We are not a prescriber, a pharmacy or a telehealth service

This site does not practice medicine or pharmacy, employs no clinician who treats readers, and has no clinician–patient or pharmacist–patient relationship with anyone. It does not prescribe, dispense, compound, ship or handle anything, and it processes no orders. Using the site, emailing it, or clicking through to a company listed here creates none of those relationships.

We are not an agent of any seller

Every company in the index is a separate business, written about from the outside. If you buy from one, your contract is with them. We cannot cancel a subscription, obtain a refund, release a shipment, change a charge, reach a clinician on your behalf or step into a dispute. Those go to the seller.

What this site publishes, and where it comes from

Prices, the qualifier printed beside each one, and the date it was read. Nothing here is medically reviewed and nothing here is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The background behind the writing is pricing and market analysis; who writes it, and under what name, is set out on the about page.

Every figure is read from the seller’s own public page and printed with the day it was read. Where a page here discusses NAD+ itself rather than its price, the statements rest on named public documents — agency publications and indexed research — and each such page lists the sources it rests on so any sentence can be checked against the document it came from. Documents get revised and research continues to report, so treat anything here as current to its stated date and treat the underlying document as authoritative over us.

What this site deliberately does not publish

No dose. No titration schedule. No protocol. No route recommendation. No statement that one form of NAD+ or one of its precursors is better than another for any person or any purpose. No claim that any product treats, prevents or cures anything. If you cannot find that kind of guidance here, it is because it was never written, not because you missed it.

Regulatory status, quality and evidence differ

NAD+ and its precursors are sold in several forms and through several routes. Regulatory status, product quality and clinical evidence differ by form, by route and by seller, and a price published here says nothing about any of them. A cheaper figure is not a safer product, a better product, or a product that will do anything for you.

This site records what a seller says it is selling and what it charges for it. It does not classify a product’s regulatory category, verify what is in a vial, inspect a facility or assess a manufacturer. Do not read a listing here as any kind of clearance.

Results vary, and a number in a study is not a promise

Any figure this site quotes from research describes what was measured in a study, in the people enrolled in it, under the conditions of that study. It does not predict your outcome. Individual results differ widely, and much of what is claimed commercially about NAD+ has not been shown in people.

The calculator on this site is arithmetic on numbers you type in. It normalizes one billing shape into another so two quotes can be compared. It is not a clinical projection, and it says nothing about whether either purchase is a good idea.

Interactions, contraindications and warnings

Nothing here is a complete account of the interactions, contraindications or warnings for any product named on this site, and much of it is not an account of them at all. What matters for you depends on the rest of your medication list, your conditions and your history, none of which this site can see. Your pharmacist and your prescriber can. Ask them before combining anything.

Pregnancy, breastfeeding and trying to conceive

This gets its own paragraph because it is the easiest thing to skip past. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or might become pregnant, raise anything you are considering with a clinician before you start rather than after. This site publishes no safety assessment for those situations, for NAD+ or for anything else, and the absence of a warning on a page here is not an assurance.

No off-label or self-treatment guidance

Where a page here records that a use exists or is discussed, it is recording that, not advising it. Decisions of that kind belong to a licensed prescriber exercising judgment for a specific patient. This site gives no dosing instruction, no schedule and no protocol for any use, and it does not tell anyone to obtain, import or self-administer anything.

Prices and availability move

Every price here is a fact about the day it was read, and sellers change prices without notice. What a seller will ship, to which states, in which form, and whether it will sell to you at all, changes too. Confirm the current terms with the company before paying anything. That is the single most useful sentence on this page.

Commercial relationships

Some sellers pay this site a commission when a reader buys after following a link here. That affects the order companies appear in on a board, and nothing else: not a score, not a figure, not a qualifier, not a reading date, and nothing clinical anywhere on the site. Which sellers pay, how many do and how many do not are counted and named on the disclosure page, computed from the underlying data rather than typed by hand.

Telling us something here is wrong

Report it. Send the page, the exact sentence, and the document or the seller’s own page you believe is authoritative, to contact@nadprices.com. Verified errors are corrected on the page and logged in public, with dates, on the corrections page. Errors touching anything clinical are the ones we most want to hear about.
