Best NAD+ subscriptions that state the dose
13 of 106 sellers. Read September 2026.
A price without a dose cannot be turned into a cost per milligram, which makes it uncomparable to any other price in the category. These are the sellers who print both.

Ordered by the price disclosure score below, highest first, then alphabetically. This scores what the seller publishes about its price — not the product, the clinic, the prescriber or the value.

Who is on this board
A seller is in this board when at least one figure it publishes is a standing rate charged on a calendar month, visible to a reader, and not a second sighting of a price already counted. A 28-day cycle, a four-week cycle and a multi-month term are all excluded — they are real cadences, and none of them is a month. Narrowed to sellers stating a dose beside at least one figure. A dose read from a product name, a URL or a page title does not count; it has to be the seller's own sentence about the thing being priced.
13 of the 106 sellers in the index meet that rule. The routes they state, counted over every figure read: SubQ 11, Nasal 2, Oral 2, not stated 2. A seller stating two routes is counted under both, so those numbers sum to more than the board.
How the order is decided
Sellers are ordered by a price disclosure score, highest first, and alphabetically where two sellers score the same. 7 sellers on this board are tied at 100, so the row at the top of it is the alphabetically first of those 7 and not a winner.
Payment does not move a row. The score reads five fields, none of them is whether a seller pays this site, and that is asserted by a build check that recomputes every board with the payment flag switched on for every seller and requires the order to come out identical — not by this sentence.
This is not a price ranking, and there is no cheapest page here. 106 sellers publish 376 figures between them, and those figures are standing rates, floors, first-period prices, prepay totals and one-off purchases mixed together; 126 of 376 state the dose they buy. Sorting that by amount would compare a floor against a monthly charge and call the result cheapest.
| What is scored | The question it asks | Points |
|---|---|---|
| An exact figure | Is the number a price somebody pays, rather than a floor or a first-period rate? | 30 |
| A stated cadence | Does the page say when the reader is charged again — or that they are not? | 20 |
| Visible on the page | Can a reader SEE the figure, or is it only in the page's markup? | 20 |
| A stated route | Does the seller say how the product is taken? | 15 |
| A stated dose | Is a milligram figure attached to the price? | 15 |
| Total | Every input is a field read off the seller’s own page. Nothing is estimated and nothing is weighted by anything except the numbers in this column. | 100 |
