Best NAD+ nasal sprays that state the dose

12 of 106 sellers. Read September 2026.

A price without a dose cannot be turned into a cost per milligram, which makes it uncomparable to any other price in the category. These are the sellers who print both.

Who is on this board

A seller is in this board when it states on its own page that the product is a nasal spray. Sellers that also sell an injection appear here and on the injection board; the score is the seller's, not the product's. Narrowed to sellers stating a dose beside at least one figure. A dose read from a product name, a URL or a page title does not count; it has to be the seller's own sentence about the thing being priced.

12 of the 106 sellers in the index meet that rule. The routes they state, counted over every figure read: Nasal 12, SubQ 8, NMN precursor 1, Oral 1, Patch 1, Topical 1. A seller stating two routes is counted under both, so those numbers sum to more than the board.

How the order is decided

Sellers are ordered by a price disclosure score, highest first, and alphabetically where two sellers score the same. Trava Health leads it on 100 of 100, alone.

Payment does not move a row. The score reads five fields, none of them is whether a seller pays this site, and that is asserted by a build check that recomputes every board with the payment flag switched on for every seller and requires the order to come out identical — not by this sentence.

This is not a price ranking, and there is no cheapest page here. 106 sellers publish 376 figures between them, and those figures are standing rates, floors, first-period prices, prepay totals and one-off purchases mixed together; 126 of 376 state the dose they buy. Sorting that by amount would compare a floor against a monthly charge and call the result cheapest.
