When NAD+ prices were read, and what the dates mean

Updated October 2026.

A price is an observation made at a particular time. Each offer keeps its source date; selected provider reviews also retain earlier readings. Here is how to use those records without mistaking a page update for a fresh price check.

A source date for each offer

The 382 current figures from 110 providers were read September 2026 to October 2026. These are separate observations: a newer reading for one provider does not refresh another provider’s price.

Look for the source date beside the offer, then read its payment conditions. An amount quoted per month may belong to a longer prepaid plan. A starting price may apply to a particular option. Neither the date nor the headline amount settles what you would pay today.

What retained earlier readings can show

Currently, 14 of 110 provider reviews include separately retained earlier observations. Open the history on those reviews to see the old figures, their own source dates, billing conditions and whether the amount was visible on the provider’s page or found only in its markup.

Compare like offers before drawing a conclusion. A different quantity, plan length, membership requirement or introductory period may explain two different amounts. Retaining an earlier figure does not establish what happened between observations or when a price changed.

The monthly-rate index compares current recorded calendar-month expressions. It is a cross-section, not a market trend. Likewise, a provider that publishes a starting price needs its particular option and conditions checked before that amount can be treated as a quote.

A separate verification pass in September 2026 found 372 of the 376 figures on the roster at that time still present on their source pages. That historical population includes offers retained in the archive; it is not the size of today’s inventory.

Every seller's page was opened again and the figure looked for. Where a site answers the same page for any address, that was detected and the page was not counted as confirmed; where a price only appears in a real browser, it was opened in one. This pass checked the presence of a figure, rather than recording every offer field again. It does not establish that the amount was selectable, available to every reader, or what a provider ultimately charged.

The remaining 4 figures could not be verified because one seller's page refuses to answer at all, to an automated request and to a browser alike. Those unresolved observations are not published as qualified prices.

8 current figures entered the inventory after that historical pass. The pass does not cover them; their own source dates identify the later observations.

The figures already flagged for reading again

7 current figures carry a flag for another look. A flag does not mean an amount is wrong or that it expires on a particular date. It means the source page left a question that matters when comparing the offer.

RNK Health$269“$269 from $139”

Neo Soma Healthcare$175.00“NAD+ $175.00 every 4 weeks”
ShedRx$144“NAD+ Injections for energy support Starting at $144”

The flag means the figure is worth reading again before anyone leans on it. It does not mean the figure is wrong, and it is not a date: nothing here dates the moment a price stopped being trustworthy, only the day it was read. One of these sellers prints its figure without a dollar sign, and it appears here as printed.

The provider reviews retain these figures with their own wording and qualifications. Check the current option and terms before relying on a flagged amount.

No fixed checking schedule is promised

We do not promise that every provider is checked on a fixed monthly or weekly schedule. Use the date attached to the offer to judge its age. When an offer is reread, its new source date belongs to that observation; it does not replace the date on an earlier retained record.

Provider reviews show the recorded prices, payment terms and source dates, with earlier observations where available. Use the provider link to confirm the current quote, supplied amount, fees and renewal or cancellation terms.

What this page cannot tell you

A source date cannot tell you when an offer stopped being available. It cannot establish a continuous price trend, predict your final checkout total or show how a provider’s page behaved for a different reader.

Some providers show different figures on different pages, limit a quote to a particular plan or require a form. Our records describe the offer and source surface observed at the time. They are a starting point for comparison, rather than a promise of today’s charge.

Where on the page did a figure sit? That is what separates a price a reader can see from one buried in the page's markup, and it is held here as a yes or no rather than as a place on the page.

Someone reading each page again and writing down where each figure sat: the banner, a plan card, a comparison table, a block of structured data. The call about what counts as published would then be checkable rather than simply stated.

When a seller prints two figures side by side with nothing linking them, which one is the price? Both figures are kept here, and nothing says the two are a pair or that they contradict each other.

A record of which figure goes with which, written down while the page is being read. It is a matter of shape rather than one more value: nothing here can hold a disagreement between two figures, which is why figures that disagree are marked unresolved one at a time instead of as the pairs they are.

About this page

Nothing here is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. This is a price index, and pages like this one exist because a reader cannot judge a price without knowing what the thing is. Talk to a licensed clinician before starting or stopping anything, and see the medical disclaimer.

Every count above comes from reading 110 sellers’ own pages, and each one is worked out again every time this page is built, so it cannot drift from the tables and the reviews it is drawn from. If something here is wrong, the corrections page says how that gets fixed and what has been fixed before.

Where these figures come from

These counts describe the recorded pricing information for 110 NAD+ sellers: 382 figures in all, representing 350 distinct offers after 32 repeat observations of the same offer are set aside. Of the recorded figures, 41 appear only in page markup, rather than visibly on the seller’s page.

Current source readings span September 2026 to October 2026. Each price retains the date of its own source observation. A latest source date does not mean that every provider was checked again then. Earlier price checks are retained for 14 of the 110 providers; their review pages show those readings separately. A source period alone does not establish that a price rose, fell or stayed the same.

Each seller has a pricing review showing recorded prices or quote status, original payment qualifications and source dates, including labels for figures found only in markup. We retain the underlying merchant source records internally. Reviews show the recorded pricing evidence and link through to the provider so you can confirm current terms.
